Stupid question

Post by tubize »

This is probably a stupid question but where do you find these new releases? I don't find any references to RC numbers anywhere except in this forum.

Thanks.

If you had to ask it couldn't be a stupid question.

The menu's are in the logical place at http://milonic.com

The download link is always the new menu.

Right now since there are so many revisions coming out, the RCs and their respective changes are not posted on the website. It would just be way too much work to keep track of everything and keep everyone updated. Your best bet is to go to http://milonic.com/download.php and just download the menu. The version that you get will almost always (barring quirky bugs) be the newest latest and greatest version. You can download that, open it up and check the comments at the tops of the files to see what RC it is and what time it was built at. Once the menu goes gold (computer industry talk for final release), you will more than likely see a change log type of page.

The post at http://milonic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3108 has been revised to always retain the same subject. This means you don't have to keep logging on to check what's current. Just have the system notify you of any new posts to that topic. This will be a sure sign that something new has been planted.
