2nd Submenu hides under 1st

Please note that official support for this menu version has now ceased. There are still plenty of users, though, and the forum is still running. Some of our long-time users may be able to help you out.

2nd Submenu hides under 1st

Post by cfane@sentex.net »

Hi there,

What I am finding is that I have a submenu under a submenu that is misbehaving. I have used 2nd level submenus a couple of times in this nav scheme, but for some reason, this one menu is not overlapping... it is wrapping underneath the 1st submenu.

See http://www4.sentex.net/topnav.html for an example.

I have used "Hosting" under residential and corporate. Residential/Hosting is messing up. Which is weird since the Residential/Dialup Internet Access submenu displays properly.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Chris

Ok, the problem is that your sub menu array is higher in the array file than the 'master' menu array. If you move the hosting array after the residential array then all will be well. Basicly sub menu arrays need to be after any array that is calling them.

Oh, and in the future please try to use the proper forum to get the best response. This issue would have been better placed in the help/ troublshooting than in feedback/ suggestions.
Cheers!

1.) I'm dumb. I did move the array below the master array, but since it shares the same one as the corporate I forgot to delete the "1st
Hosting" array.

2.) re: Proper Forum. Again, I'm dumb. Wasn't paying attention at all. I'm off to get another coffee... apparently I need it. :)

Thanks for your help!
