New license not showing up in mylicenses.php

I bought a new license yesterday to be able to download the latest, but the new license does not show up in mylicenses.php. I cannot send a request through the support page since it says that my license is expired.
However when I go to renewsupport.php it says that my current support is valid.
Just hoping that someone at Milonic can sort out my account.
