Collapsible Menu

Post by rudy »

Andy, that beta collapsible menu looks great! Can't wait for it to come out.

Also, I want to offer thanks to Andy, Kevin, John, Ruth, Maz and probably some folks I'm leaving out, for the great job you all do on the Milonic Menu. Andy with all the new revisions and making it compatible with many different browsers. John, Kevin, Ruth an Maz for all your help troubleshooting any problems we're having. To the best of my knowledge, most of this is gratis work.

Anyway, this is one registered user who just wants to say: I appreciate your hard work and concern for your customers.

Anyone else that fells this way, lets hear from ya :)

Yeah, Thanks Rudy.

Although Milonic is a profit making company, a lot of the work we do plus the splendid work the guys on the forum do is free of charge.

We do it mostly because of the positive feedback we get from the users and the appreciation that goes with it.

If we didn't have so many bills to pay, we would do the lot for free but unfortunately, such is life, we have to make a living. If I win the lottery the menu would become completely Open Source (something I'd like to see happen) but until then we are going to have to keep charging the profit making companies.

The charities, the World organizations, educational, personal sites and Open Source developments can always continue to get the menu, and anything else we do, for free. I've always said that and stick by it.

Only last week we had anonymous "Contact Us" emails complaining about our "Outrageous Prices" (huh) and the fact that somebody searched on Google for "free dhtml menu" came across our site and then threatened us with. . . I'd better not say. So it's great to hear that somebody actually does appreciate what we do, I put my life and soul into this thing and the other people that help out put in far more than is expected.

Thanks again Rudy, and thanks to everybody else that appreciates us, you guys are why we do it.

Regards
Andy

Thanks, Rudy. Most appreciated!

Believe me, we get a lot of negative stuff around here, most of which nobody sees but us. Too much of that and it makes us wonder why we do it. Then folks like you and a few others come along and remind us.

The four Team members are just a group of crazy users who do this for free because we believe in what Andy is doing and what he stands for. OTOH, Andy does it just because he's crazy :!:

But I do take issue with one of his comments...
Andy wrote:...I put my life and soul into this thing...
Trust me - he puts a lot more than even that into this system...

Thanks again.

I've always been a day late and a dollar short, now it seems I'm two days late :!: Thanks, Rudy. We really do appreciate it.
