that will coz performance problem...if there r many users visiting website
even worse...we have to get data from DB then give it to menubar to
show...

I think it's a misconception that the menu poses a potential drain on bandwidth. See viewtopic.php?t=4709
The addition of a well organized menu system to your site may cause your visitors to browse to more page than they did before, increasing the number of pages that have to be served... but that's the idea, right?
