Hi there!
Trying to create an online newspaper for our department which should be suitable for fast and slow (56k) connections.
Problem:
Seems that submenus don't open
until HTML code fully loaded - no matter if using frames or not. Is this right?
Would
PHP solve the problem? milonic.co.uk's also using php and submenus open no matter if the page is fully loaded or not...
Thanks in advance

Are you running 3.4.08 (latest version)? It has a fix for this specific problem.

am using ver 3.4.08 now.
unfortunately, sub menus still don't pop up until main frame is loaded (esp. when using slow connections like 56k)

Is this only a frame specific problem that could be solved by using PHP?
I know, frames is not it, but I don't want to redesign the whole page of a friend because my issue is only the menu...
thx
