New to Milonic.....need help with Images

I am taking over a website that uses your menu. They are pretty easy to work with, but I am having trouble. It seems that when you first go to the page the images do not show up, but when you mouse over them they are fine? Also, on the header menu, that image is not showing up.

Hi,

I can't figure out what is causing that. However, you are way downlevel for the menu. You need to update to the newest version. The only files you want to upload to the site are the 3 program files, milonic_src.js, mmenudom.js, mmenuns4.js. Make sure you keep the old version program files someplace as a backup in case some problem occurs with your set up with the new version.

As a suggestion, try putting in the full path to the images and see if that fixes whatever is going on.

If upgrading doesn't work (you need to be current for support, anyway), you might also try the image preload module.

I remember this issue with this site, looking for the post on it and will post back here for the user. Oops, not this site, but with this page. I think the person developing it posted about the issue.
