Building menus temporarily under another domain name

Post by annasue »

I have a client who will not allow building the site under their domain name. I must build it under mine until it has been totally approved. Is there a way to buy a license so they will work, but build them under a different domain name until finished. I need an answer ASAP.

Hi,

I'm sure you can do that, however you can just download the menu's unlicensed version which will change the first main menu item to say Milonic. Once the site is approved and you purchase the licensed version and upload the site that Milonic item will become your actual listed 1st item.

If that's not acceptable, then you need to go to the main Milonic site and contact them about how you purchase a license and then change it later.

Of course, if you do many websites it might be better to purchase your own license to use your site as your build site and then when approved purchase the license for whichever client for which the site was designed.

Hope that gives you some ideas :)
