Link opening in another window

Hi! I'm a bigginer in all this.I'm also 'French' so sorry for my bad english!...
I'm rebuilding my website (the one with the milonic menu is not online yet) and I have a question.
I know this has been asked before, but i'm having a problem with how to have a link in the menu to open in another window.
I just don't know where to put the "target=_blank"

If I have this:

addmenu(menu=["Abstraits",
,,170,1,"",style1,,"left",effect,,,,,,,,,,,,
,"Abstraits page 1","http://www.creations-cat-lover.com/abstrait.htm",,,0
,"Abstraits page 2","http://www.creations-cat-lover.com/abstrait2.htm",,,0
,"Abstraits page 3","http://www.creations-cat-lover.com/abstrait3.htm",,,0

Where should I put it? I tried : "...www.creations-cat-lover.com/abstrait3.htm"HERE,,,0
But when I do a preview of my page, The menu doesn't show!
