Iframe not div'ing out with PDF as source

Any ideas on whether (and how) to have the menu not drop behind the iframe when the source of the iframe is a PDF? Using latest version of menu and running only in IE 5.5 (yeah its nice having a controlled environment!)

We do alot of PDF publishing and the menu is not usable without this function.

any ideas on how to work with PDF files would be greatly appreciated!
