frameset, menues cut at the bottom of the browser

Dear list,

i created a frameset with 2 culoms.
At the left side there is a long menu with about 20 items.
1. about
2. news
...
20. my friends

For the last item (20. my friends), which is close to the bottoms browser,
there is a submenu in the right window of the frame with my
10 friends (friend 1, ... , friend10).
But only 3 are shown, friend4-friend10 are behind the browsers buttom. To see the others, i have to scroll the right window down.

Does anyone know what to to, that this menu (not the sub-sub-menue, which works again properly without that problem) is shown with friend10
at the buttoms browser and friend1-9 above?
