Where to submit suggestions for version 4?

Hello Milonic Team,

I'm sure you already have tons of suggestions to deal with, and I know you'll handle all of them well. I'm also sure that you'll expect to receive more suggestions as development on version 4 moves forward. My questions is, would you prefer to have suggestions and resulting discussions posted in this forum, the Feedback and Suggestions forum, or perhaps in a new forum specifically for version 4 suggestions?
