Dynamically Load Headings

Dynamically Load Headings

Is there a way to dynamically load the headings for the menus instead of hardcoding the stuff in the javascript. My preference would be to load the titles and urls from an XML file. I have already accomplished this but have failed at trying to get the menu actually built.....Any Suggestiongs?
