submenu and flash

Having problems with DHTML Menu? There is usually somebody here who knows the answer.

submenu and flash

I'm having a problem with flash covering my submenus and I can't seem to figure out a way out of this problem. Anyone have any ideas? You can see the problem at http://129.237.208.209/test_index2.html. Thanks.
