FRAMES BASED MENU

I am using the Frames Based Menu from the following url:
http://milonic.com/menu/frames/

After selecting an item the menu item remains selected and I am unable to select anyother item...

Here is my code:

It would be easier to check out if you had a page up someplace to see what's happening. Well, easier for me. I'm not real code savvy and kind of need the whole page to work on.
