Fussy Shadow

I have 2 seperate machines running Win2000 Pro and IE 6.0 When they view the menu that I created one shows the shadow effect, the other does not. Has anyone encountered this? Any suggestions for my machine that does not display the shadows?

Exact same versions of the OS and browser (including patches)?
