If you have a valid license you can visit http://www.milonic.com/mylicenses.php where you can edit the list details.

I canot see where you add domains.

Just looked at your details and it seems that the system failed to create your licenses, I'm looking why this happened it but I can confirm that the 10 licenses are now on your account.
