Menu does not display in Frame *in Netscape 4.7 or 6.2

Hi,
I have set up the menu to work for Frames.
It works perfectly in IE, but not Netscape.
http://www.softv.net is the address.

Am I missing something?

Opera (6.01, PC) and NS 4.7 (SOLARIS) has the Problem also ...
I've a Framesite too, by using 3.3.19 and it works (IE5+6, NS4, OPERA5+6). Maybe you can use that version?
