Two menus, top Horiz falls behind side Vert

Two menus, top Horiz falls behind side Vert

I have 2 menus on my page.. a top horizontal and side vertical. When I mouse over the first menu item on the top horiz, it drops behind the left vertical.

Help!! :cry:
