PHP/MySQL based menu scripts do not generate the same menu

I downloaded some examples and tried to load the PHP/MySQL versions of them but they always generate the miniStyle menus - not the same as the actual example layout. For instance, the example 71 (horizontal menu) loads fine with the background images but when I try running the PHP/MYSQL version of it, there are no background images and its not even horizontal submenus.

What should I do to generate the exact same menu with background images using PHP/MYSQL?

The PHP menu is just a sample - you can always add the styles to your PHP menu.

We are working on the downloads for the PHP menu to include styles but this won't be ready until we launch our new website
