maybe try this
Maybe try to just decease the top=155 to something less, so that it when it rest, it can rest where you want it to.

HI, the page I am trying to place my dhtml menu on is http://sad.liquiding.com/sad.htm The only thing is, that when I add the navigation bar to the website, it locates ontop of everything and doesn't flow with the site.
