Right! and that is what you should get. But before I changed it the link was as follows:

The users are still seeing this link when they select the menu.

NOTE: that the "viewalias=B1QA" changed.

The item they were having difficulty with is B1 Update Request under the Client Services option. I changed an item in the url link and that info was never refreshed. That is exactly what I think the problem is; although I have tried walking them through deleting the cache and closing their browser ...

I would clear your cache and relogin with the info in the previous post.

Thanks for the response. I will see if the upgrade will make a difference.

What I have changed for example is removing one of the menu items from the menu_data.js file. When I visit the site and view the menu the menu displays with the item removed. However, when several clients look at the page the previous menu still displays with the item that was removed.

I've noticed that with several users that come to the site after I have made a change to the menu it does not display the changes even if they clear out their cache or refresh the screen.

Any ideas?
