Milonic JavaScript Menu

Does anybody else see this problem?

I have given the URL. It is

It is one of the sample menus, which, when I view it with Netscape 7.2, gives problems.

Mouse over the middle link, Milonic- Opened in new window, then move the mouse right then down beyond privacy policy, stopping in the iframe ...

I'm using netscape 7.2
I'm looking at http://www.milonic.com/menusample11.php the sample on the milonic webpage.
If I drop the menus over the iframe and mouseout into the iframe the menu sometimes doesn't dissappear.
The same problem in Firefox, but fails less often.
Anyone any ideas? Is it just my ...
