IE7 Operation Aborted Issue on page load

Similar to other posts, if a user clicks on the menu as the page loads IE generates the "operation aborted" message. I have read the other posts with their solutions, however I have a problem with the positioning of the menu dropdowns (they appear on the page far below the menu) after I ch...

Canning website for use on Mac

I need to can a site that I designed on a Windows system work on a CD that will be played on a Mac. I have done this before for CDROMS that will be on Windows, but never for the Mac platform. Is there something special I need to do?

Thanks in advance,

Glen

Thanks Ruth - just one problem

Ruth, thank you for showing me this alternative way of doing this. Sorry for the delayed response, I didn't see your post until today. I tried your code and posted it at http://www.port32.com/index-2.htm but the menu doesn't load - not sure why, though I believe it has something to do with menuStyle...

Great! Thanks again for all your sleuthing on this.

Toronto can get cold, but we're definitely warmer than Montreal or Ottawa! We're actually on the same latitude of northern California, but I guess they're known for snow too.

Have a great day,

Glen

Now I'm really confused... it's strange that it works on one but not another using same version of FF.

Any luck with the Safari issue?

Thanks for your reply. You're having trouble with FF? It works on my version (latest?) v1.5.0.4 with no issues.

http://www.port32.com/ff_screenshot.htm if this helps.

Menu not visible in Safari

I'm being told that the menu dropdowns are not displaying for users using Safari v1.0+. The site is at http://www.port32.com.

If there is anyone out there that can verify this, it would be most appreciated (I'm on WinXP). We're using the 5.752 - Pre Release, Wednesday June 28 2006 - 12:15.

Feedback on menu

I'm getting reports from a couple of people that the menu on this page is either non-existent, or misaligned though I cannot replicate the problem on my end. Have tried IE (Mac and PC), Mozilla Firefox and Safari with no issues that I can see of, so I'm stumped. It's at http://www.port32.com . - any...
