I've just realised that search engines don't follow Javacript and only my index page is indexed on Google etc! Could someone (maybe Ruth ;) ?) advise on the merits of constructing/using either a alternative table and/or list based menu or an alternative menu using the noscript tag.

As I expected, everything is now fine, all my problems are fixed, and everyone in the Company now thinks I'm a bit of a whizz when, of course, it's you and the team that really deserve the credit.

I must apologise! Upon further investigation, it appears that the license number I quoted you was for another company entirely! I can only conclude that the guy who developed our website used their license rather than obtain one specifically for us.

Hi Ruth,

I downloaded Opera 9.01, and our v5.18 menu looks fine in that - looks as if its IE6 that has the problem (couldn't see how I set the MS filters in that). But I guess it makes sense to upgrade to v5.756 anyway as this may sort our problems previously encountered with older browsers ...

Subimage throws menu text out of alignment

Viewed in IE6, using the simple arrow.gif subimage on the version 5.18 menu at http://www.ccm-ltd.co.uk , throws the text out of alignment with the 'Home' menu item where no subimage is displayed.

Also, I note that the subimage does not line up precisely with the text in those menu items where the ...
