I think I have it, after removing all tables, the followscroll menu expanded border reduced to half the size of the page.
I had one of my developers put a div around 'total time' that sat at the bottom of the page. After placing a div to separate menu bar from -content- I lost the placement of the footer. But what occurred is the time div sits after the menu border. Without the div on time, the border extends the whole page.
total time is not on the template but comes from php. I know nothing about php, I only deal with the front end.
Can anyone explain this conflict?
