Non-profit use

I am retired and design non-profit sites as charitable work. If I apply for a non-profit license and am approved, will the level of support (extent and quickness) be the same as for a paying customer? If not, I will have to request funds from the groups I am working with. Thanks.

Yes, it will.

Also, keep in mind a license only applies to one domain, so each site you do will need its own application for approval and license.
