new release how to?

Will some one please let me know the proper procedure for getting the latest rc and then what files I need to update?

Under forum topic it says new menu release, click on watch this topic and you will recieve an email notifying you when ever there is a new release.

Go to http://milonic.com to get the latest release where it says download menu.

Normally menu-data does not change, but check the styles, some have changed recently. Then just upload those 3 files... src, dom, nuns, thats my abbreviation
