RC27 background missing

RC27 has the same missing background(s) that were present earlier in the 20-series. Just the text shows up. RC26 was working fine (which I have had to revert to).

There will be a fix tomorrow - There is just too much going on right now to be able to push it any quicker, sorry about that.

There is some pretty heavy stuff going on right now that I'm hoping will only last for a day or two.
