Validation problem

Is CSS validation not working?

I'm messing everything up thinking it was me.

But HTML validated and uploading the style sheet validated.

But nothing on url css.

I tried getting it to go to 4 pages, the last one was just text, no images or anything and it just gives the hour glass.

They should put up a notice "out of order"!

I thought I had done something really wrong for it not to work.
