how to get menu item NOT to show a link

I want one of my menus to act as a heading with no url or link. I have no url, written in the menu item but when I put my cursor over it on the web page, it changes to a hand just like a link would. Is there any way to have it stay like a normal cursor?

You can also use header styles, check menu styles on milonic.com for more.
