submenu that is also a link to a URL

I have a horizontal menu like http://milonic.com/menusample25.php but I would also like to trigger a page refresh to a new URL if I click on a Top level menu item that has a submenu.

So in addition to showing the submenu - I'd like to have a new page presented (new site section). How would I do that?

You would just put in both calls - the showmenu=whateversub;url=whateverpage.htm
