Borders problem?

I just downloaded the zip file with ver. 3.3.13 and it seems that the left and top border of the main menu is not showing up - at least in IE5.5 on NT4.

Can this be checked?

Hmmm.. that's odd, I use exactly that browser/OS pair and see no problem...3.3.13 fixes a few border issues in fact from earlier 3.3.x versions. what is your url, we'll take a look at things.
