Off hand it sounds like a bug in that browser, don' t know if Andy can find a way to account for it in our code. I don't have NS 6 on had to test with, but everything else I use your page looks fine. Given issues I have had with different browser brands and even versions doing things like saying a pixel is a different size, this would not suprise me. Any ideas Andy?

NS6 - Right border too wide
I have a vertical menu that is glued into a table. No effects are being used on the mainmenu. The right border displays very wide when viewed with NS 6 under Win98. The border displays correctly under IE6 on the same machine and under NS4.7 and IE5.5 on my Win2000 computer.
I am evaluating this menu in the hope of replacing some Coffeecup buttons (Java).

Re: NS6 - Right border too wide
It may be related to this bug:
* take the multicolor sample file.
* change only the alignment attribute so that the menu items are aligned right, rather than left.
* view in mozilla (I'm using 0.9.9)
slightly different but still odd behaviour on IE 5.5 (mac)
IE6 on win2k is better but submenu icons overlap menu text.
