Screen Flash

I've had some problems with it .. it's not necessarly a bug, but it's really annoying. When you mouse over one of the drop menus, the screen flashes, it's really annoying. You can test it out over at http://www.dustinsblog.com if threre is something I can do to fix it, or if it's unfixable I'd like to know. Thanks
