I'm not sure what you mean by this, unless you mean the arrow not showing?
If that's the case then you have to either open the menu_data.js file and put in the correct path to the arrow, or move the arrow into the same folder with the menu files.
As to position, it's set to be top 10 and left 10.
I posted that before I had actually moused over submenus. You must be using an old version since it seems to have a bug in it that was fixed in later version.
However, I would have no way to know the version since you have removed - against all the listed requirements' - the copyright notice from the file.
