I tried out the Frames based Menu(version 3) and worked pretty good. We are planning to use this but found out(in the forums) that theres a version 5 available.
Can somebody please direct me to that download page? I already bought the license.

Where to download Frame Menu version 5

When you are logged in on the main site and click the download button to download the newest version, there are various 'examples' in that zip file. One of them is the frames menu. Look at the side of the items when you open it in winzip or however you open it. For example, find body.htm and look to the right, you'll see the info on size etc, and then extras\frames. All the files that have extra\frames plus the 3 milonic program files are what you need for the frames example.
Also, there is a frames demo with complete explanation of how the frames work and how to set them up. You can download the demo which would have all the pages and explanations, the menu data files but not the program files. However, I'd use the sample included in your licensed download.
