Post by asteiner »

Hi,

I have buyed the great menu script. Today i make an update to a newer Version of this menu, but after the installation the first entry is always MILONIC. They last Version that i used without the MILONIC Therm is 5.65.

Whats the problem here??

Hi,

You need to be logged in on the main site to download your licensed version. It seems like you were not logged in and got the unlicensed version which has that link in it.

Hi Andy,

Can you give us a url for your website? Also, if you were logged in when you first downloaded it, and you uploaded the 3 program files [milonic_src.js, mmenudom.js mmenuns4.js] from the licensed version, you need to go to the Milonic home page, log in and then click on MyMilonic in the menu at the top, then on My Licenses and check to see if the license is listed. If it is listed and you are still getting the link, try uploading those 3 files again and see if that resolves the issue [not the menu_data.js file, just the 3 base program files]

If it still shows the link, contact marty [at] milonic [dot] com by email. The system probably didn't post the license yet for some reason, though that is very unusual, it does happen once in a while.
