can't get valid licensed menu

Post by grace422 »

I have a valid, up-to-date professional license, but every time I try to download the updated menu version, it says License Number: 1000 for Unlicensed. I tried to contact milonic, but it says "support expired". Does anyone know how I can remedy this situation and get my licensed code?

Hi,

When did you purchase the menu? The license is good for a year with regard to updates and support. It is good forever with regard to use of the menu on the licensed site.

If you go here, the system will show your license(s) and their status. Any that are expired will say so and you can renew right from that page.

Note you must be logged in on those pages (it's different from being logged in here) to both get your status and to download a licensed copy.

can't get licensed version to download

Post by grace422 »

The license expires Fri 7th Jul 2006. I am not sure why the support expired before that. It says that the license is valid and gives a number and the correct site that it will be located at.

When I ask for technical support it says:

"Your support appears to have expired

If you need continued support from Milonic, please follow this link to renew your support:

http://milonic.com/renewsupport.php"

I follow the link it ask me to renew the support, I click yes, it gives me a 0$ amount, I try to renew and it says:

"Sorry, there was an error in processing this transaction:
Error initialising request:

* The information sent from the merchant's site is invalid or incomplete. The transaction cannot be processed due to the following:
o the currency or amount is not recognised

Please return to the merchant's site try again. If the problem persists contact the merchant.

I am not sure what to do next.
Thanks

It sounds like a glitch. Your support is not expired if the license doesn't expire until 7-6-2006. We'll report it and get back to you. :)

Hi,

If you make a support request at http://milonic.com/contact.php somebody will respond with a fix.

Ignore the message that says your response may be ignored. Don't worry, they all do actually get read and will be dealt with

Cheers,
Andy
