Clarification please!

I'm writing a review of the menu system and I was hoping to get a lil information regarding using these menus.

As I understand anyone can use thes menus for private, non profit sites like blogs and maybe like gaming sites, is this true? with the 1000 licenses?

And as I understand a person would need to pay like 40 or whatever the rate to use one in a commercial environment?

If a user wanted to put these together for clients on multiple sites what would that fall under? Would you have to pay per site?

Sorry if this is covers somewhere I just want to be sure before I give my readers the wrong information!
