where can i changethe menu-bar height
i don't want to change the font size
and i need it shorter

Height? As where the menu bar falls vertically on the page? See my reply to "Main" above for the Top setting.

Or since you make mention of font size do you mean it allocates too much space vertically within each option thereby making the menu vertically longer than needed? If the latter, adjust your Padding setting.
