I have developed a site (http://www.itomic.biz) with both static and database generated menu items.
However; - I have observed odd behaviour using IE5.5 onWin2K where the borders don't appear on either menu type. (See the 'help' menu top right of screen and 'downloads' menu on left navigation menu) - If I mouseover a menu-item, where a sub-menu is 'attached', the sub-menus' border doesn't appear UNTIL I leave the parent items' text. The parent item's border doesn't appear either.
I tried the parent menu item with and without a hyperlink in it and I get the same problem. - The menu item with sub-menu & hyperlink looks like this:
,\"<a style='color:#FFFFFF;text-decoration:none;' href='functions.htm'>Functions of the commission</a>\",\"show-menu=aboutFunctions\",,,1
Incidentally the above is only used in one menu, where the general border-display problems I describe occur in all items.
Has anyone else come across this or similar problem?
Cheers
