DHTML menu leaving a trace when moving out.

Post by Nagarajan »

When the pulldown DHTML menu disappears on hovering out, it leaves a trace of the outline of the menu on the page. Anyone experienced this before, and if so, any ideas as to how to resolve this?

Not sure I fully understand what you're describing. Got a URL (as requested)?

Hi John,

Thanks for the reply.

The URL to try on is :
http://uat.mydiscountclub.co.uk/cs/mmp/ ... umber=9119

Once the page is loaded, if you hover on and out of any of the top horizontal menu items such as "Work", "Home & family", "Health","Investment","Retirement", you could see it leaves a trace of the outline of the menu on the page.

Please go through and let me know if you have any problems.

Regards
Nagarajan.

Hi,

The page quoted results in a 404 error for me.

Can you please confirm the version of menu you are using, this problem was fixed in a recent version so an update might just fix things.

Regards,
Andy

5.727 is quite old, can you please upgrade it and then let me know if it still does it., I'm guessing it will be fine if you upgrade

Cheers,
Andy
