Suggestions desired

This is the website I am using my milonic menu for, and it looks alright in Mozilla and Opera, but it doesn't work as well in IE (which of course the menu was designed for). Is there a simple menu that generate the same in at least Mozilla and IE? Thanks for the suggestions.

First, upgrade your code. Your 4 levels down.

Take the style="background-color: rgb(153, 204, 255);" out of the td that the menu appears in.

Instead of % for fontsize, try a px value. It's much more cross-browser friendly.
