Big problems with vertical menu

Hi,
1-in the vertical menu I can't change the position of the menu!It always stays on the top left of the screen.
2-another thing, for unlicensed versions, can't we change the "MILONIC" at the 1st option?I put Home in that and after awhile it changes to MILONIC, even the url changes,but the code doesn't change.Any help? At least with the 1st question? thank you
