menuOpenDelay being ignored entirely

As I understand it, this should cause the menu to only open if it's hovered over for a second.

However, i have it popping up instantly.

Any thoughts as to what's causing this?

Hi,

Is this only happening on menus opening from horizontal menus?

If it is, try adding this to the top of your data file:

horizontalMenuDelay=true;
