Menu Load Problem

I don't see a Milonic menu on your page. We wouldn't be able to help with someone else's menu. This site is for Milonic menus.
You could try the Milonic menu. If you qualify as not for profit the menu is free with the requirement that you place a visible link someplace on each page that uses it.
We'd be glad to help you set it up, it's very easy once you start. Take a look at this sample, it's very much like what you have. You can easily change the colors to be what you have now.

You can even create the menu from a list like the one you already have on the page, there is a module that goes with the menu that allows you to do that. It will then show as a menu, but for anyone with js disabled the list is visible.
