Menuitem acting as link and having submenues

Hi

Is it posible that a menuitem can have subitems and act as a link ??

Im thinking if this is possible:

b___c
b1___depts
b2_____ subdept1
_______ subdept2
_______ subdept3

I want c1 to be at link to a site with a short explanation of all depts and
subdept1 -> subdept3 to be a link to the subdepts.

Is it possible ??
