Weird problem with the menu?

when you click on any of the menu options when the page refreshes there is a white bar that shows up over the flash section?

If you click on the flash piece or refresh the page it goes away.

Any Ideas what I have done wrong?

Dis regard I changed the positioning to relative and it cleared the issue.
