Menu not appearing for 1 user?

I have Milonic Menu 5.744 installed on my site (http://www.pointseast.com) and it is working like a champ -- except for one user who says she can't see the menu -- although I believe she has seen it in the past.

I'm having trouble diagnosing her problem. It seems that the Main menu isn't appearing at all. I'm not certain of what she's using for a browser (nor is she), but I'd guess it's I.E. 6 or 7 on Windows.

I'm guessing it has something to do with a setting on her end -- but I don't know where to tell her to look. Any suggestions for some areas she can check into?

Hi,

First you need to upgrade the menu files, you are way downlevel. The newest release is 5.770. Make sure you keep your old version files someplace in case you run into other issue affecting more people.

The only suggestion I would have is that she has something set to block something and that is causing the problem.

I upgraded as suggested, but the menu is still not appearing.

The person in question is using Firefox and they say they have Javascript enabled. When I check it with my version of Firefox (just updated) it appears fine.

Any idea where else I should be looking?

Hi,

Well, without seeing your site and knowing just which FF she has I wouldn't know what to check. Does she have something blocked, popups or something like that, or some security block for things?
